Are you an experienced leader in Wealth Management/Financial Planning with a passion for driving operational excellence and building high-performing teams? This is an exciting opportunity for a Client Service Manager to join the senior management team and take ownership of a dynamic client services function, supporting both advisers and clients within a growing wealth management business. Wealth Management experience is essential, as are proven skills and experience in team/performance management, change management and process improvement.
The Role:
As Client Service Manager, you will:
Lead, coach, and develop a multi-site client service team, including trainee financial planners in their first year.
Oversee client service workflows and processes to ensure accuracy, quality, and efficiency.
Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance culture aligned with the firm’s values.
Drive operational transformation, supporting scalability and growth.
Monitor KPIs and service metrics, reporting on performance and identifying areas for improvement.
Support onboarding of new clients, firms, and colleagues into the business.
Act as a key partner to senior leadership, ensuring seamless service delivery and compliance.
About you:
Proven experience managing client service or operations teams in Wealth Management/Financial Planning.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop teams through change.
Excellent workflow and process management skills, ideally with Intelligent Office or similar CRM platforms.
Exceptional organisational ability, attention to detail, and commitment to service excellence.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to influence at all levels.
