This role sits at the heart of the firm's business development strategy, working closely with senior partners and sector leaders to drive revenue growth, deepen client engagement, and deliver a best-in-class client experience. The successful candidate will bring a strong understanding of professional services, a commercial mindset, and the ability to lead strategic initiatives across multiple jurisdictions and practice areas.

• Lead and manage a portfolio of global Private Capital client accounts, ensuring strategic alignment and high-impact engagement.
• Develop and implement client account plans, identifying white-space opportunities and driving cross-selling initiatives.
• Facilitate structured client feedback programmes and ensure actionable insights are delivered and followed through.
• Collaborate with partners, sector leads, and business teams to deliver seamless client service and relationship management.
• Champion the use of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to enhance transparency, reporting, and client connectivity.
• Monitor key performance indicators and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making and client retention efforts.
