The role: Client Relationship ManagerLocation: Manchester - Hybrid - 3 days in the office Contract: Full time, 37.5 hrs per weekPackage: Competitive base salary with an uncapped commissionJob purpose:You will join QA as a Client Relationship Manager. You'll grow existing customer and partner relationships to deliver against specific, measurable targets across a broad spectrum of products and services.About you:You'll have a track record of achieving sales targets within the B2B space. You'll be used to working to tight deadlines where high level of accuracy are required.Key Responsibilities:Understanding of consultative sales techniquesUnderstanding of procurement processesKnowledge of how to build initial rapport and establishing relationships with decision makers at a strategic level.Strong knowledge of the sales cycle from initial contact/prospecting to purchasing service offeringsFull understanding of how to deliver great customer serviceExperience: Understanding of consultative sales techniquesUnderstanding of procurement processesKnowledge of how to build initial rapport and establishing relationships with decision makers at a strategic level.Strong knowledge of the sales cycle from initial contact/prospecting to purchasing service offeringsFull understanding of how to deliver great customer serviceHow we'll help with finance matters
