We are delighted to be partnering with a niche, rapidly growing marketing-led company with an impressive client portfolio. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an additional superstar to join their fantastic sales team.

This role is busy, agile, and varied - perfect for someone who loves project management, client development, and consultative sales (without hard selling).

The Role:

• Manage a portfolio of 40-60 clients made up of agencies (advertising, PR, digital) and direct brands/promoters.
• Maximise revenue from your client base by developing deep, trusted relationships with both marketing and legal contacts.
• Use consultative selling skills to add value, upsell, and cross-sell services effectively.
• Own the client brief process, working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver proposals and solutions.
• Balance the 'big picture’ client objectives with fine detail (e.g., marketing copy, promotional material).
• Anticipate client needs by asking smart, insightful questions and offering proactive solutions.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a consultative sales role, ideally in media, marketing, or management consultancy.
• Excellent communication skills across telephone, written, and face-to-face interactions.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to build compelling business proposals.
• Passion for marketing and promotions, with a keen eye for detail and quality.
• Ability to grow existing accounts by building relationships across multiple stakeholders.
• Proven ability to achieve targets while balancing multiple priorities.
• Highly organised with strong project management skills and a proactive, solution-focused approach.
• Confident negotiator able to add value to every conversation.
