Our client, a national service company, is currently recruiting a dedicated and proactive Customer Relations Executive to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. Utilising your customer service skills to foster positive relationships, communicate effectively, and analyse customer feedback to enhance our services.
Reporting to the Sales Team Manager, duties to include:
- Serve as the first line of support for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Utilise Salesforce to track customer interactions and manage follow-ups effectively.
- Analyse customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement in service delivery.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly, ensuring a positive outcome for both the customer and the company.
- Prepare reports on customer interactions and feedback for management review.
As a successful candidate you will possess:
- Proven experience in a customer service or client relations role is preferred.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with a CRM systems would be advantageous.
- A sales-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Fluency in a European language could be beneficial but not essential.
