Client Onboarding role, you'll be the key person responsible for guiding new clients through the onboarding process. You’ll work closely with clients, ensuring they feel supported and confident in using our clients service. You'll also collaborate directly with the sales, customer success, and product teams to deliver a seamless experience. Given the size of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of client relationships and have a direct impact on client success and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Onboarding & Setup: Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients. This includes account setup, initial training, and configuration, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to active use.
- Personalized Client Engagement: Be the main point of contact for clients during onboarding, ensuring they feel supported, heard, and confident in the platform. This includes walking clients through every step of their initial experience.
- Client Education & Training: Provide one-on-one product demonstrations, training sessions, and educational resources to ensure clients fully understand how to use our services.
- Collaboration with Sales & Support: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff from the sales process and with customer support to address any technical or operational issues during onboarding.
- Account Management: Track onboarding progress and proactively check in with clients to resolve any challenges or questions that arise during the onboarding process.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience: 1-2 years in client-facing roles, ideally in onboarding, customer success, account management, or a similar field. Experience working in small teams or startups is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas simply and empathetically.
- Customer-Centric: Passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
