A leading Scottish legal firm in Edinburgh is looking for a new AML & Client Onboarding Administrator to join their vital team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team of 6, including a Deputy MLRO, AML Manager, and 3 AML Analysts, where you'll play a key role in ensuring the firm's compliance and smooth client onboarding processes.

This role is all about data accuracy, attention to detail, and maintaining records to keep the firm compliant. Your main tasks will include:

• Maintaining accurate client data in our systems.

• Setting up new client accounts with precision.

• Carrying out searches on public registers to verify client identities and conduct conflict checks.

• Coordinating with other departments to integrate client data.

• Keeping comprehensive records of all client data entries and system setups.

• Ensuring all data entries meet firm policies and regulatory requirements.

• Assisting with preparing essential documentation and reports.

We're open to candidates with varying levels of experience, including school leavers!

Ideally, you'll have:

• A minimum of a part-time job (e.g., while at school or studying) where you gained some customer experience.

• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.

• Good organisational skills and a proactive approach.

• A bonus if you have any office-based experience - even if it's from school projects, it shows you understand working with systems.
