I am delighted to be exclusively retained by a long-standing client of mine, a well-established, customer centric, SME SaaS provider, who through positive change and exciting growth plans for 2025, are now looking for a new Sales Account Manager to join the team, reporting into and supporting the Director of Customer Strategy ( an incredibly likeable, knowledgeable, inspirational and very well known and respected lady within the industry)

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Client Development Manager to join the growing team, being responsible for managing a number of existing clients , developing strong relationships, driving sales growth within existing accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.

As a Sales Account Manager you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of valued customers where you will be instrumental in ensuring their success with the platform, fostering long-term partnerships, and identifying opportunities for growth.

This role requires a blend of relationship-building skills, business acumen, and a passion for helping customers achieve their goals. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute directly to our company's success.

Key requirements to apply.

A professional, self motivated, consultative approach.

Have demoed and sold a SaaS solution within property / construction / housing associations, professional services, subcontractors, trades or very similar.

Be available within 3-4 weeks notice

Reside within the Home Counties within 2 hours into London / South for occasional client meetings
