Client Care Co-Ordinator

Crawley (Rural Location) - Driving Licence Required

£27,000 | Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

WFH 2 days a week (definitely Friday and either Wed or Thursday)

Our client—an industry-leading homecare organisation—is looking for a proactive, resilient Relationship Administrator to support carers and clients, manage key relationships, and keep the service operating seamlessly day-to-day.

Client Care Co-Ordinator - What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing and updating client and carer records with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Welcoming new carers with onboarding calls and conducting monthly welfare check-ins
  • Building strong, positive relationships with carers and clients through excellent communication
  • Completing DBS, right-to-work and compliance checks with ongoing monitoring
  • Keeping carer availability up to date and supporting intelligent client-carer matching

Client Care Co-Ordinator - Who We're Looking For

  • A confident, professional telephone manner and a naturally warm, people-focused approach
  • Strong administration experience with the ability to prioritise and stay organised under pressure
  • Resilience and a proactive mindset — someone who enjoys solving problems quickly
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain strong working relationships with carers and clients
  • Competent with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
  • Comfortable working with targets, KPIs, and SLAs
  • Must be a driver due to the rural office location
