What you'll do:As a Client Care Advisor, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day service issues across our operations. You will be the first point of contact for both clients and internal teams, ensuring that every interaction is handled with professionalism and efficiency. Your primary responsibility will be to manage all service issues in line with company SLA's, ensuring customer expectations are managed at all times. You will also be expected to understand our client databases and systems thoroughly to adequately investigate and respond to the client. This role requires excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a solution-focused approach.

* Act as the key person for receiving client service issues.* Acknowledge all client service issues whether verbal or written in line with the complaints procedure.* Thoroughly investigate all client service issues through discussion with the client and appropriate internal staff.* Resolve all client service issues in a timely manner, always focusing on client resolution and retention.* Understand all our client databases and systems in order to adequately investigate and respond to the client.* Maintain the highest level of professionalism, whilst focusing on quick and efficient solutions whenever possible.

You should have an excellent standard of communication both written and verbally, with the ability to manage your own time and workload confidently. The successful candidate will also be able to collaborate and conduct regular meetings across the business.
