Reed Business Support are delighted to be support a fantastic company in Sheffield on their hunt for a Client Administrator to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative experience who enjoys working in a client-focused environment. .
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate client records, prepare reports, and manage paperwork for third-party providers
- Handle phone calls and emails professionally, including outbound calls to existing clients and new leads
- Update client information and call outcomes in the CRM system
- Perform general office tasks such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and handling post
- Follow company policies and industry regulations, including data protection and FCA guidelines
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in office administration is essential
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail, especially in data entry
- Confident telephone manner and communication skills
- Comfortable working to targets and engaging with clients over the phone
