Role Overview
As a Client Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting Financial Planners and internal teams by ensuring the smooth and compliant administration of financial advice services. This is a dynamic and client-focused role requiring excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end process of new business applications.
- Liaise with third-party providers to ensure timely and accurate processing of client documentation.
- Maintain up-to-date client records and ensure all actions are logged in internal systems.
- Handle Letters of Authority and Transfers of Authority, following up with providers to obtain necessary information.
- Support Financial Planners with meeting preparation and pipeline updates.
- Respond to client and third-party queries via phone and email in a professional and compliant manner.
- Process incoming and outgoing post, prioritising and distributing appropriately.
- Escalate client complaints or compliance issues promptly.
- Monitor system-generated tasks and data control reports to ensure accuracy and timely resolution.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively across teams and build strong working relationships.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- High level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
- Experience with financial platforms or back-office systems (training provided if required).
Experience Required
- Previous experience in a financial services.
- Proven track record in client administration or a similar support role.
- Experience in a client service-focused setting.
