We’re working with a highly respected national Investment Management and Financial Planning organisation to find a Client Administrator to support their London-based team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking business known for its high standards, outstanding training, and progression opportunities.
What you’ll be doing:
You’ll be a key member of the Financial Planning team, working closely with Financial Planners to ensure a smooth and professional client experience. Your duties will include:
- Supporting Financial Planners with all administrative tasks related to client service
- Building strong relationships with clients and maintaining regular contact
- Preparing meeting packs, valuations, and policy documentation
- Maintaining accurate client records on internal systems
- Liaising with internal operational teams and third-party providers
- Supporting with new business processes and anti-money laundering documentation
- Promoting and assisting clients with digital tools and portals
What we’re looking for:
- At least a year of experience in financial services, ideally in a similar administrative support role
- Excellent communication, organisational and client service skills
- The ability to prioritise work effectively and stay calm under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- A good standard of education – degree desirable but not essential
- An interest in gaining further qualifications (full training support provided)
