Client Accountant - Reed : Job Details

Client Accountant (Practice), Farnham, £35k - £50k doe + hybrid + study

We’re working with an established accountancy practice to recruit an experienced Accountant to join their growing finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing statutory year-end accounts and management accounts for limited companies. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organised, and proficient in financial reporting. This role will suit a fully qualified accountant, someone studying their ACCA or equivalent or someone with QBE experience.

Day-to-day duties:

• Prepare statutory year-end accounts for limited companies.
• Prepare full sets of management accounts for various limited companies.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Work closely with the clients to provide accounting support and advise where appropriate.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a practice accounting role, specifically with preparing statutory and management accounts for limited companies.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software, Sage, Xero etc and Excel.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
