WHAT YOU’LL DOReporting into the Head of Client Services you will own a portfolio of client accounts, acting as their primary point of contact and making sure you are providing them with updates and proposals for improvements:
- Prepare regular business updates, including written, financial excel reports and verbal
- Make sure minutes and action points are taken and properly distributed
- Oversee relevant projects aimed at improvement
- Work with internal departments to resolve any issues quickly and efficiently
- Promote other services that the company offer
WHO YOU AREOur client is looking for a candidate with a proven experience of B2B Account Management and who is passionate about providing a high quality of service to clients and not afraid to offer alternative solutions! Requirements:
- Strong understanding of financial reporting
- Excellent written and verbal skills – an influential and professional communicator
- Ability to create and deliver engaging presentations and communications
- No job too small attitude
- Ideally experience working within a similar role within the energy sector
- Proven experience presenting to clients
- Ability to work to deadlines
