BA/PM - Clearing

We are seeking a BA/PM to support a multi-year regulatory clearing programme within a front-office COO transformation team. The role involves gathering and documenting business requirements, analysing impacts across trading, operations and technology, and ensuring regulatory deadlines are met.

Key Focus Areas:

• Eliciting and validating requirements with Front Office, Operations, Risk, Finance, Legal, and Compliance

• Analysing trade flows, booking models, and clearing processes across products

• Supporting client migration strategies and coordinating with Sales and senior management

• Engaging with clearing houses to understand and define clearing models

• Working with large datasets (Excel) to identify impacts and support implementation tracking

Requirements:

• BA/PM experience within investment bank or clearing house

• Experience in Regulatory change

• Strong knowledge of repos and/or bonds, securities financing

• Experience with CCP clearing processes desirable

• Excellent stakeholder management and analytical skills
