Reed, in partnership with a well-established educational institution in York, is recruiting multiple Cleaning Operatives to join a committed facilities team. These roles are vital in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors.

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including mopping, sweeping, dusting, and vacuuming
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, classrooms, and communal areas
• Replenish supplies such as soap, toilet paper, and paper towels
• Empty bins and manage waste disposal in accordance with site procedures
• Follow health and safety guidelines and site-specific protocols
• Report any maintenance issues or hazards to the supervisor
• Work independently or collaboratively to meet cleanliness standards

• Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not essential
• Flexibility to work shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
