Classroom Assistant (SEN)

We are working with a holistic, progressive and vibrant Primary School in Redbridge are seeking a Classroom Assistant to support pupils with special educational needs across the Key Stages.

A commitment to working alongside teaching staff to raise the learning and attainment of students is key. Qualifications or experience of specific types of SEN is desirable but not essential. Your role will be to promote students' independence, self-esteem and social inclusion. Teaching Assistants provide support to students so that they can access the curriculum, participate in learning and experience a sense of achievement.

This role would be for the duration of the entire academic year. In this role, you will work 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. There is also the chance for teacher training commencing after a year of internal employment!
