• Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and differentiated lessons to meet the needs of all learners
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment
• Assess, monitor, and report on pupils’ progress and attainment
• Foster a love of learning and encourage curiosity and independence
• Work effectively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to support pupils’ learning and wellbeing
• Contribute to the wider life of the school, including extracurricular activities, trips, and events

• A qualified teacher with QTS (or pending QTS for ECTs)
• Passionate about teaching and committed to achieving the best outcomes for all pupils
• An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Highly organised, reflective, and committed to continuous professional development
