Claims Handlers - Travel Claims
- £26,210 per annum (potential £30,300 following probation, training, targets)
- Full Time 40 hours/week
- Shift Rota: 8AM–6:15PM | Mon-Fri, 1 Sat every 6 weeks (time off in lieu)

What You’ll Do:
- Handle travel insurance claims from first contact to resolution
- Communicate clearly and compassionately via phone and email
- Assess policies, gather documentation, and process claims efficiently
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage high volumes of calls/emails
- Calm, accurate, and empathetic under pressure
Training & Hours:
- 8 weeks full-time training (Mon–Fri, 9am–5:30pm) – no leave during this period
- Post-training shifts: Rostered between 8am–6:15pm, Mon–Sat
- One Saturday every 6 weeks (with a day off in lieu)
