Claims Handler - Property & Real Estate 

Responsibilities: 

• Investigating, negotiating and agreeing settlement of claims in a professional manner
• Liaising with insurers/brokers to achieve professional and timely conclusion of claims
• Liaising with stakeholders overseas
• Producing reports within agreed timescales
• Raised invoices are accurate and timely
• Attend client review meetings

Requirements:

• Knowledge and Experience in real estate/commercial property loss adjusting
• Focus on quality, communication and organisational skills
• Proven capability in negotiation, decision making, and problem-solving skills
• Strong stakeholder management
• Able to build strong relationships internally and externally
