As a Claims Handler, you’ll be at the heart of the operation—ensuring people have a safe place to stay when the unexpected happens.Key Responsibilities:• Handle accommodation claims from instruction to resolution• Liaise with clients, customers, and suppliers to arrange suitable emergency accommodation• Update daily claim boards and ensure service levels are consistently met• Support the Out of Hours (OOH) emergency service on a rota basis• Take part in training and contribute to continuous service improvementWhat You’ll Bring:• At least 1 year of customer service experience (ideally in a fast-paced role)• Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills• Calm, empathetic and highly organised under pressure• Strong IT skills and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems• Team player with a can-do attitude and a focus on service excellenceWhat’s on Offer:• £26,728 salary with regular training and development• Paid daily break and structured working hours• Collaborative, people-first work culture• On-site parking and a well-equipped office environment• Recognition schemes and employee support initiativesIf you’re looking for a rewarding career where you can truly make a difference – this could be the role for you.
