We're Hiring: Claims Governance Technical Lead | London | Permanent

Are you a governance professional with strong claims experience and a passion for driving operational excellence?

We're looking for a Claims Governance Technical Lead to play a central role in shaping and maintaining a strong governance framework across a dynamic, international claims function. Working across multiple territories including the UK, Singapore, and Australia, you'll support leadership teams, collaborate with compliance, and influence strategic governance activity across the business.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead the oversight of delegated claims, complaints, declinatures, and regulatory compliance.

• Manage internal and external audits including Lloyd's oversight and annual claims attestations.

• Ensure robust control frameworks are in place for peer reviews, authority management, and technical processes.

• Act as the key contact for governance matters, working closely with senior leadership, compliance, and regulatory teams.

• Develop and manage a future-facing QA and technical review function.

What we're looking for:

• Strong background in claims governance, with hands-on experience in technical or operational claims roles.

• Understanding of Lloyd's and London Market regulatory frameworks.

• Confident stakeholder management and reporting skills.

• Experience managing controls, policies, and audit processes.

• A proactive, solutions-focused approach to risk oversight and claims performance.
