New Vacancy - Claims Adjuster (US Property)Lloyd's SyndicateCity of London / Hybrid I am currently recruiting for a top Lloyd's Syndicate who are seeking a Claims Adjuster to join their Property team. My client is looking for someone with 2/4+ years US Property Claims experience from either a Lloyd's or LIRMA background.

Key Responsibilities

• At least 2 years of claims adjusting experience in North American Property claims in the London Market.
• Possess a solid understanding of ECF in both Lloyd's and LIRMA markets.
• Ensure that all assigned claims are handled according to the guidelines outlined in the Claims Procedure Manual and that SLA's are followed.
• Attend market meetings and conference calls as needed.
• Maintain regular communication with Brokers, Experts, Lawyers, and Market Peers to improve the reputation of the Property Claims Team in the claims market.
• Provide feedback to underwriters and management on claim issues and risks to help improve underwriting standards.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the North American property book of business within the Property D&F portfolio.
• Utilize ECF to maintain service levels and promptly respond to stakeholders in claim handling.
• Collaborate with the Property D&F Claims Team through group and one-on-one sessions.
• Strengthen the relationship with Underwriters by providing feedback and reporting on claims.
• Work towards obtaining CII qualifications.
