Civil Litigation Solicitor – Liverpool

Exciting opening within an incredibly well-regarded Liverpool mainstay for a Civil Litigation Solicitor. The position will see you at the forefront of the Civil & Commercial Litigation team, managing a diverse caseload and being at the front in the continued development of its Litigation offering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a variety of Civil Litigation matters, including Landlord & Tenant, property disputes, debt recovery and general civil litigation claims
• Handle cases from initiation to settlement/trial

Your Profile:

• Experienced Civil Litigation Solicitor (all PQE levels considered, NQ-4 years)
• Proven experience in managing diverse litigation matters, all litigation experience considered
• Ambition to contribute to the department's growth
