Civil 3D Technician - Blueprint Recruitment Solutions : Job Details

Are you a Civil 3D Technician and looking for the next step in your career?

We are currently looking for an experienced and driven Civil 3D Technician, in a contract role, to be an active member of a well-established environmental and engineering consultancy. The successful candidate will be working on a Hybrid basis, working from our client’s office near Crawley, twice a week.

Within this role, you will be working on National frameworks projects involving Rivers, Reservoirs, Ports, Maritime, and more, giving you the opportunity to be a part of a motivating team.

Responsibilities:

-Produce detailed civil engineering drawings and models using Autodesk Civil 3D.

-Assist engineers in the design and documentation of environmental projects, including Rivers, Maritime, Reservoirs and more.

-Support the preparation of plans, sections, and details for project documentation.

-Ensure compliance with relevant standards, guidelines, and client requirements.

-Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to the development of BIM models.

-Maintain accurate records and revision control of all drawings and models.

What We Are Looking For:

-Proven experience using Civil 3D software, Revit, and AutoCAD.

-Experience in a similar Civil 3D Technician or CAD Technician role.

-Strong understanding of civil engineering design principles and processes.

-Qualification in Civil Engineering Technology or a related discipline is preferred.
