Networkology is on the lookout for a Network Engineer to support a high-profile, secure environment. As we expand into 2025, we’re building out a strong, hands-on technical team to deliver excellence across Networking, Security, Unified Collaboration, and Data Centre (DC) technologies.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading technical service delivery and building relationships with customer operations teams
• Owning and resolving complex technical issues using Cisco solutions
• Diagnosing and managing technical incidents across Security, Collaboration, and DC stacks
• Creating and using test environments for troubleshooting and compatibility checks
• Writing clear technical documentation and sharing knowledge with the wider team
• Providing regular updates to stakeholders and maintaining solid incident records

What You Bring

DV Clearance - EssentialCisco CCNA or CCNP - Strongly preferredExperience in at least one of the following areas:• Networking• Security• Unified Collaboration• Data Centre (DC)Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsA methodical and proactive approach to solving complex technical problemsConfidence in maintaining detailed and accurate documentation
