Children’s Social Workers And Team Manager – Brent - Only Social Care Recruitment : Job Details

We are currently supporting Brent Council with multiple vacancies across Children’s Services, including Assessment, Child Protection, Court Work, and Children with Disabilities (0–25). These are well-structured hybrid locum roles with excellent pay and strong multi-agency working.

Whether you're an experienced Social Worker, Senior Social Worker or Team Manager, Brent offers supportive teams, a clear practice framework, and manageable caseloads.

• Team Manager – Child Protection & Court Team – £44.50ph

• Senior Social Worker – 0–25 Children with Disabilities Team – £39.79ph

• Social Worker – Assessment Team – £37.52ph

• Social Worker – CP & Court Team – £37.52ph

To apply, you must have:

• A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
• Registration with Social Work England
• At least 3 years’ post-qualified experience in Children’s Services
• Recent experience in CP, Court, Assessment, or 0–25 CWD teams
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain)
