Children's Residential Support Worker - Chipping, Preston (PR3)

Role Type: Children's Residential Support Worker or Senior Support Worker 

Setting: 1-bedded EBD home with 2:1 staffing ratio

Location: Chipping, Preston - must be a driver

This experienced and established provider operates four Ofsted registered residential children's homes in the North West. They offer residential care for short, medium, and long-term stays, and can also accommodate emergency admissions and placements while waiting for assessments.

Salary & Benefits for the Children's Residential Support Worker role:

• Basic Salary: £30,545 (includes £40 per sleep-in)
• Performance Bonus: Up to £3,600/year
• Total Potential Earnings: Up to £34,145/year
• Optional Overtime Available
• Development Pathway: Level 5 in Leadership & Management

Shift Pattern for the Children's Residential Support Worker role:

• Rolling 2 on / 4 off (includes sleep-ins)
• Example Week:

• Mon 10am-Wed 10am (with rest time 11pm-8am)
• Off until Sun 10am
