Registered ManagerChildren’s Residential ServicesDarlaston£47,500 – £55,000 (DOE & registration)Permanent | 40 hours per weekService Care Solutions are recruiting an experienced Children’s Registered Manager to join a specialist residential home for young people with emotional and complex needs.As Registered Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive. You’ll manage the team, drive compliance and quality standards, and build key partnerships to improve outcomes for the young people in your care.Person Specification:

• 2+ years in residential childcare (within last 5 years).
• 1+ year in a leadership/supervisory care role.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Residential Childcare) or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of trauma-informed approaches.
• Proven experience working within Ofsted-regulated settings.
