Children's Advanced Practitioner- CWD Team - Reed : Job Details

Our Client, Rochdale council, is seeking a Children’s Advanced Practitioner to join their Children with Disability Team.

Responsibilities of this role:

• Manage complex cases involving children with disabilities.
• Support and guide less experienced social workers.
• Lead safeguarding work and multi-agency meetings.
• Work directly with children and families to improve outcomes.
• Help develop and improve the CWD service.
• Promote best practice and high standards across the team.
• Build strong partnerships with health, education, and other services.
• Stay up to date with training and professional development.

Requirements of this role

• Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.
• Must have minimum of 3 year's experience working as a Qualified social worker
