• Undertake all aspects of child care work, including public law, child protection, SGO, and adoption matters.
• Advocate in court where possible, ensuring continuity and quality for clients.
• Advise and support team members on complex cases.
• Manage a varied caseload with appropriate supervision and team support.
• Passion for publicly funded work and commitment to access to justice.
• Proven ability to manage caseloads efficiently and work collaboratively within a team environment.
