An award-winning family team in Surrey is expanding its family team and hiring a Childcare Solicitor. 

This is a leading Legal 500 family practice, renowned for top-notch work on high-quality family matters. This family specialist firm has been established for a long time and has an excellent reputation in the market. 

The firm is multi-office and specialises in Family and Childcare work almost exclusively. 

As a Childcare Solicitor, you will be responsible for the following:

• Child Contact Arrangements & Child Support
• Pre/Post-Nuptial Agreements
• Guardianship & Care/Placement proceedings

If you are working towards becoming panel accredited for Children Law, this firm is happy to support this. 

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years of PQE
• Good experience in Children Law

The ideal candidate would have specialised exclusively in Children Law since qualification and possess a genuine passion for this area of practice.
