Job Title

Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)

Reporting Line

The CCO will report directly to the Board of Directors

Position Overview:

As the Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will play a pivotal role reporting directly to the Company Director. Your primary focus will be on overseeing London office operations and leading loan origination efforts. Additionally, you will be instrumental in fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and client-first thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Origination: Responsible for originating loans that meet funder criteria and reaching firmwide loan book targets. Attending Company sponsored events and team events.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams, to build strong relationships and drive business growth.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyse operational data, and prepare regular reports for the executive team, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Recoveries: Assisting with litigation matters, negotiating loan restructuring, and liaising with receivers.
  • Process Optimisation: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall operational excellence.
  • Customer Focus: Ensure a customer-centric approach in all operational activities, striving for exceptional customer satisfaction.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the financial services industry, preferably within a lending or banking environment.
  • Strong understanding of bridging lending operations, regulations, and market trends.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organisation.
  • Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes and driving business success.

Salary : 80000 - 140000
