Day to Day of the Role:
  • Prepare and cook meals in a high-volume environment, ensuring a variety of tasty and nutritious options.
  • Manage food preparation, stock ordering, and organisation, maintaining cost control.
  • Coach and support junior team members within the catering team.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene and cater to various dietary requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in a busy kitchen, ideally within a high-volume catering environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food hygiene and handling dietary requirements.
  • Level 3 Award in Supervising Food Safety in Catering is advantageous but not essential.
  • Must possess the legal right to live and work in the UK.
