Job Duties:
As a Chef de Partie you'll play a pivotal role in crafting unforgettable dining experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the preparation and execution of dishes to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborating with the culinary team to develop seasonal menus and innovative recipes.
- Ensuring consistency in flavor, texture, and presentation across all dishes.
- Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chefs in daily kitchen operations, including inventory management and ordering supplies.
- Mentoring and training junior kitchen staff to uphold our standards of excellence.
