chef de partie required in the Huntingdon area for a golf course, golf courses are always good to work at, unlike hotels, they do not tend to do late nights unless a function is on and a better work life balance.

The role;

As a chef de partie, golf courses tend to be smaller teams, so you do a more all round role then just one small section. you will prep the fridges, cook in service. golf course tend to breakfasts and lunches and sometimes evenings too. this role includes all the normal chef de partie duties.

experience

We are looking for a chef de partie with good knife skills and able to move around the sections. You will need good time keeping and organisation skills
