What you’ll be doing:
- Preparing and cooking fresh, seasonal dishes to high standards
- Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering consistently excellent service
- Bringing creativity and attention to detail to menu development and presentation
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety
- Working collaboratively as part of a passionate and friendly team
What we’re looking for:
- Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi chef ready to step up
- A passion for fresh food and seasonal cooking
- Enthusiasm for learning and progressing your career
- Team player with a positive attitude and great communication skills
- You will need to be driving also
