We are looking for a landlord and tenant chartered Surveyor who holds MRICS and has experience across commercial asset and estate management. What you need to have:

• MRICS
• In-depth knowledge of lease advisory, landlord and tenant, rent reviews and lease renewals.
• Strong commercial property management experience.
• Negotiation skills and transactional experience.
