Salary £40,000-£55,000 (depending on level of experience)

A leading global business in the HVAC/R sector is seeking a dynamic Channel Marketing Manager to lead and support marketing initiatives across British and Central European markets.

About the Role

As Channel Marketing Manager, you’ll be the key link between internal teams and external partners—planning, executing, and optimising co-branded campaigns that drive growth. This mid-level role is ideal for someone with strong project management skills, a commercial mindset, and a collaborative approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage channel marketing campaigns across English-speaking territories
• Develop co-branded marketing materials, sales tools, and digital assets
• Align messaging and goals with internal teams and external partners
• Track and analyse campaign performance to inform future strategy
• Manage territory marketing budgets and ensure brand visibility
• Maintain regular contact with key account marketing teams
• Support development of a channel marketing strategy with commercial leads

Additional Responsibilities

• Build a deep understanding of the HVAC industry and product portfolio
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or a related business role
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Analytical mindset with experience using marketing performance tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and collaborative
• Bonus: Fluency in German or another second language
