• An Influential Leader: You can effectively influence colleagues and stakeholders outside your immediate area, serving as a coach to senior leaders and a guide to managers.

Be the person who helps everyone from the top down get excited about new ways of working. You'll need solid Prosci experience and a deep understanding of the ADKAR model to guide our teams through these transitions. You'll be the expert, the coach, and the guide, working mostly on your own to solve tricky problems and keep everything moving smoothly.
