Job Description:Job Title Change Execution Director Location London Corporate Title Director You will focus on strategic audit findings remediation, leveraging Deutsche Bank's established Key Deliverables framework. The programme is a key enabler for Deutsche Banks's objective to sustainably reduce the number of open audit findings across the bank and to avoid the issuance of new findings and it has the attention of the Management Board and the Supervisory Board Audit Committee. Your key responsibilities
  • Strategic design, oversight, implementation and execution of bank-wide Findings Management Remediation topics under the ownership of the Chief Transformation Office
  • Engagement with stakeholders in Chief Transformation Office (CTO), the Divisional Control Office (DCO) organisation, Group Audit, Non-Financial Risk Management) NFRM and Functions / Divisions
  • Identification of further improvement opportunities in the Findings Management lifecycle
  • Manage a diverse team across multiple locations and influence senior stakeholders across the organisation
Your skills and experience
  • Experienced working in a challenging, fast-paced environment, with ability to deal with complex and ambiguous situations independently
  • Proven problem solver, often dealing with time sensitive topics for senior level stakeholders including Management Board
  • Versed well in effectively communicating with and positively influencing bank-wide stakeholders and team members
  • Strong hands-on Program Management experience with attention to details whilst not losing sight of the big picture
  • Ideally Audit or control related background and understanding
