Join us as a Change Delivery Manager and be a part of a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing the roads and infrastructure in our community.
Salary: £41,418 to £44,428 per annum.
Location: County Hall, Chichester. Hybrid working with a requirement to come into the office on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Contract: Permanent.
Working pattern: Full-time, 37 hours per week with flexible working opportunities.
Employer Pension Contribution: 19.7% this alters per annum on the 1st April each year.
Annual leave: 30 days holiday + Bank holidays = 38 days.

As a Change Delivery Manager, you will bring a focus on delivery, creativity, and a lean-agile mindset to ensure the successful delivery of quality outcomes for our customers and colleagues. You will work within the business assurance group in highways, transport, and planning.
You will work closely with teams in both technical and non-technical areas of the business to optimise value and ensure efficient project delivery. You will be responsible for leading successful implementation of organisational changes.
