What You'll Be Doing:Coordinating small change processes using tools like Jira and Excel
Updating ticketing systems and tracking change requests and priorities
Scheduling workshops, meetings, and maintaining stakeholder communications
Drafting governance documents and managing change request documentation
Monitoring budgets and tracking costs for small change activities
Producing insightful reports to support decision-making
Liaising with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of estimates and updates
Managing the small change mailbox and flagging issues or actions for analysts
