Circa £26,000 dependant on skills and experience

Home Working and Peterborough Office

Fixed Term Contract until April 2025

Full time, 37 Hours

We currently have an exciting new opportunity for a Requisitioner to join the team. The role will provide support and advice to the business ensuring goods and services are acquired in line with the Procurement Policy through SAP, Barclaycard, Amazon Business and any other purchasing platforms developed over time.

The role will ensure that suppliers are paid in a timely manner, be an advocate for Integrated Supply Chain (ISC), ensuring that goods/services are purchased through framework suppliers where appropriate. You will understand and be able to advise on Non-Framework spend and processes. You'll become a trusted and knowledgeable service provider to the business, able to advise on use of appropriate suppliers and purchasing routes.

The position is an excellent entry into Procurement where you will be able to gain a wealth of experience. We will also support you through further training and a professional qualification, CIPS.

What does it take to be a Requisitioner?

• GCSE level including English and Mathematics

• Working knowledge of SAP procurement and / or P2P

• Experience of using Microsoft packages

• Ability to work in a high-volume environment and meet strict SLAs

• Good communication skills

• Commercial awareness

• Customer service skills
