Your responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as Principal Designer under CDM 2015 regulations
  • Providing specialist CDM consultancy and advice to clients and project teams
  • Undertaking design risk reviews and advising on design risk management
  • Preparing pre-construction information and reviewing health & safety files
  • Carrying out site inspections and audits to ensure compliance

The Person

The ideal candidate will be motivated, proactive, and keen to develop their career in a collaborative consultancy environment. You should have:

  • Experience working as a CDM Consultant or Principal Designer
  • A solid understanding of CDM 2015 and wider Health & Safety legislation
  • A background in construction, architecture, or building surveying (desirable)
  • Excellent communication skills and client-facing ability
  • Membership of IOSH, APS, or working towards chartered status
