A specialist communications agency is looking for a commercially astute CCO / Chief Client Officer to lead client partnerships and drive growth. This senior leadership role will steer client strategy, nurture a high-performing team, and oversee commercial success.

You'll lead key relationships, pitch for new business, and help deliver bold, effective solutions across employee engagement and internal communications. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead strategic client relationships and guide delivery excellence

- Grow key accounts and secure repeat business

- Inspire, mentor, and lead a client services team

- Pitch and win new business opportunities

- Oversee commercial performance and profitability

- Act as a thought leader in employee experience and internal comms

What We're Looking For:

- Senior-level agency experience (employee engagement/internal comms essential)

- Proven ability to win, grow, and retain key accounts

- Strong commercial acumen and leadership skills
