A great opportunity for an experienced Catering Manager to join a small team based at a unit in Gloucester. This is a Monday to Friday role with core hours being 7am to 3.30pm with flexibility needed as some days may be a 6.30am start and others finishing earlier.The Catering Manager will lead a team of 6 including a Chef, Supervisors and Catering Assistants and this is a very hands on role. You will need some Chef experience of kitchen experience as you may be needed to help in the kitchen if required. We are looking for a Catering Manager ideally with B&I experience in a corporate site and used to dealing with busy operations. You will be responsible for writing the menus and need to have a good food knowledge and be up to date with current high street trends and what is hot in the industry at the moment!This is a cashless operation and the Catering Manager will be responsible for all management duties and have experience in training and developing teams.
