The role will be responsible for managing all aspects of a busy food preparation and customer facing environment while ensuring exceptional food quality, service delivery, and customer satisfaction at all times.
The catering team is focused on supporting companions, volunteers and staff to develop catering skills in a traditional social enterprise ethos, this role has an additional training/coaching focus to it.
Role Overview:
We’re looking for a dynamic Catering Operations Manager to lead both public and companion catering services. You’ll manage menus, events, and dietary needs, while ensuring high standards in food safety and compliance.
