CATERING ASSISTANT

Join the Team at Daytona Sandown Park – Catering Assistant Wanted!

Location: Daytona Sandown Park, More Lane, Esher, KT10 8AN

Hours: Full days Saturday and Sunday (8–12 hours per day)

Are you passionate about great food and exceptional customer service? Do you thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment? Daytona Sandown Park is looking for a Catering Assistant to join their friendly Front of House & Operations team.

You'll be the friendly face behind our Airstream food truck, serving hot and cold food and drinks to guests at our action-packed motorsport events.

What You’ll Do:

Operate their on-site catering unit – including opening, closing, and serving Prepare and serve burgers, breakfast rolls, chips, teas, coffees, snacks and more

Deliver excellent customer service with a positive and professional attitude Maintain a clean, safe and fully stocked catering unit

Process orders and payments using our POS system Support the wider Front of House and Operations teams when needed

Requirements:

• Experience in catering, cafés, or fast food is a plus
• Valid Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 2 or above)
• Confident working independently and under pressure
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work event-based hours
• Strong attention to hygiene and cleanliness
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Must have the right to work in the UK
